RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unused, in original packaging and condition and show no signs or wear.
All gift cards, sale items, items purchased with discount codes, bandanas, PPE, masks, drinkware, vintage and floor model items are considered final sale and only defective items will be considered for a refund, store credit or exchange.
*Sale items include any item purchased using a promotional discount code or marked down item on sale.
To initiate a return - please either complete the form above or email info@waywardcollective with Subject: Refund Order# (Insert your order number).

Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and original shipping is non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you on the status of your return and next steps. All approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment or store credit within 3-7 business days.
We cannot ship cash or check refunds.
All shipping costs associated with purchases are non-refundable.
For International returns, customer assumes the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe your refund has not occurred correctly, or you have not seen the refund within 14 business days of being notified of your approved refund, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from your so generous gift giver, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If you would like we can work with you to refund your gift giver directly, but sorry we cannot refund you cash or check for an item you did not pay for. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you or we would be happy to assist you in an exchange.
